Today the clouds will be significant. In many places there will be short-term and in the afternoon temporarily intense rainfall accompanied by thunder. There will be almost no precipitation over the eastern regions of the country. The wind will be light, mostly from east-southeast. Maximum temperatures will be between 23 ° and 28 °.

The government will allocate BGN 600,000 for the Rila Monastery. This was announced by Prime Minister Boyko Borissov, who visited the Holy Monastery.

Earlier, they complained that no funds had been transferred to the temple's treasury, although the monastery is on the UNESCO list.

Today, a significant concentration of Saharan dust will remain in the atmosphere over the country. There will be significant medium and high clouds again. A light to moderate northwest wind will blow. Daily temperatures will drop slightly and the maximum will be between 27 and 32 degrees, according to the NIMH forecast. 

It will be mostly sunny today, cloudy skies expected in the afternoon and in some places, mainly in the mountains in the west, it will briefly rain, with thunderstorms in the Rila-Rhodope area.

Today, the weather conditions in the country will remain complex. In northern and western Bulgaria, snow will continue to fall and accumulate.  

The Septemvri-Dobrinishte railway ranked among the top ten of the best scenic rail journeys in Europe by the prestigious British newspaper The Guardian, trip.dir.bg reported.

Several other countries such as Finland, the Czech Republic, Germany, Spain, Ireland, Luxembourg, France and Switzerland are also included in the ranking.

Narrow gauge in Bulgaria

Bulgaria's Minister of Regional Development Petya Avramova said on Tuesday that state-owned company Montaji will build a 13.5-kilometre water pipeline from the capital Sofia to Pernik in a bid to resolve the water crisis that has already sparked a minister's resignation.

Another big wild fire broke out in Bulgaria's Rila Mountains. The fire started in a pine forest around 2:30 pm on October 28 above the village of Gorno Kraishte in Belitsa municipality. Dense black smoke rises above the forest, and large flames can be seen. Several firefighting teams are on site, BNT reported.

It will be mostly sunny today, clouds will decrease, meteorologist Martin Slavchev of the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (NIMH) told Focus News Agency.
