The Republic Hydrometeorological Institute (RHMZ) warned that Veternica is slightly above the limit of emergency flood protection.
On Black and White Timok, water levels will rise and will move around the limits of regular flood protection.

Bosnia Upholds Serb Ex-Soldier’s Crime Against Humanity Sentence
The appeals chamber of the Bosnian state court on Monday confirmed the verdict convicting Cvijan Tomanic, a Bosnian Serb soldier during wartime, of committing a crime against humanity in a village near Zvornik in 1992.
Defence and prosecution appeals against the first-instance verdict were rejected as "unfounded", the court said.
Bosnian Serb Ex-Soldier Convicted of Wartime Murder, Assault
The Bosnian state court in Sarajevo found ex-soldier Cvijan Tomanic guilty on Thursday of committing crimes against humanity in the Zvornik area during the Bosnian war in 1992, and sentenced him to seven years in prison.
He was convicted of participating in the murder of one person and of beating others.

The Balkan Investigative Reporting Network, BIRN on June 3 launched the first comprehensive, interactive database of mass graves from the 1990s wars in the former Yugoslavia, giving an unprecedented insight into the largest operations to cover up war crimes in Europe since World War II.
