Prime Minister Boyko Borisov will send Pope Francis to Sofia Airport today (7 May), which marks the end of the apostolic journey of the Holy Father in Bulgaria.
From Sofia, the head of the Roman Catholic Church goes to Skopje.

Vatican Treasurer Convicted on Child Sexual Abuse Charges
Cardinal George Pell, once the third most powerful man in the Vatican and Australia's most senior Catholic, has been found guilty of child sexual abuse after a trial in Melbourne, reported the Guardian.
A jury delivered the unanimous verdict on 11 December in Melbourne's county court, but the result was subject to a suppression order and could not be reported until now.

Parolin: Holy See watching situation in Balkans
VATICAN CITY - The State Secretary of the Holy See, Cardinal Pietro Parolin, told Serbian FM Ivica Dacic on Tuesday the Vatican was watching the developments in the Balkans, including the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue, with particular attention.
Besides the significance of improving further bilateral relations and cooperation, Dacic and Parolin discussed the issue of Kosovo-Metohija.

Erdoğan to Pay Two-Day Visit to Vatican, Rome
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is scheduled to pay an official visit to the Vatican and Rome on Feb. 4-5, the presidential press office said on Feb. 1, reported Hurriyet Daily News.
Erdoğan will meet with Pope Francis as well as Cardinal Pietro Parolin, the Vatican's secretary of state, said a statement by the office.
