Turkish Trade Minister Ruhsar Pekcan has criticized the U.S. intention to end preferential tariff system for Turkey, still pledging to spend efforts to reach a mutual trade goal despite the new obstacle.

The weight of at least 1,825 food products have been decreased by producers since the start of last summer, Trade Minister Ruhsar Pekcan has said, calling the situation a "hidden price hike."
