The Regnbagen, or rainbow house, opened in 2013, and it doesn’t look any different from the other modern apartments in the quiet suburb of Stockholm.
The residents occupy 27 apartments on the upper three floors of an eight story retirement home with access to various amenities such as a hairdresser, a health clinic and a roof terrace.

The ‘battle’ of the sexuality flags
Russia unveiled its ‘answer’ to the LTGB movement’s famous rainbow flag. According to Moscow Times the United Russia party, which is in power in the country, presented the traditional heterosexual flag that extolls the traditional values of a heterosexual family.

Gay Happiness Index ranks 127 countries
If you are part of the LGBT community then you should look to the North of Europe. A gay dating and information network called Planet Romeo published a very interesting report this week, ranking the happiness levels of gay men across the world. The “Gay Happiness Index” showed Iceland in first place, and Uganda in last.

UN chief accuses India of intolerance with gay sex ban
United Nations chief Ban Ki-moon has accused India of fomenting intolerance with its ban on gay sex amid uproar over a ruling party minister's plans to make homosexuals "normal."
Speaking on a visit to the capital New Delhi, Ban said he "staunchly opposed the criminalisation of homosexuality" referring to India's colonial-era law that prohibits gay sex.
