Braslovče – BSW Timber, a Scottish forestry group, has shelved plans to build a large sawmill in Gomilsko, west of Celje, due to delays in the construction of a key connecting road and local opposition to the plan. It may however build the sawmill elsewhere in Slovenia.

Leave the motorway at the exit Šempeter. If you are driving from Ljubljana, turn right at the first crossing to Šempeter at the first roundabout and take the second exit to Prebold. After 200 meters, just before the bridge, turn left to the camping park Latkova vas. Park there and climb to the embankment that braces the river against floods.

The villa was built in 1893 and completely renovated in 2010 using quality materials. Ever since, it has been carefully maintained. The villa comprises a basement, ground floor, and two upper floors. The currently unfinished basement is planned for the setting up of a day spa. The ground floor features an art gallery with a terrace restaurant offering plenty of shade.
