There is no unregulated access to personal data after the attacks against several government websites today, reports the General Directorate "Fighting Organized Crime" (GDBOP).

Since August 22, the government has reported two series of cyber-attacks on government servers, claiming they managed to prevent any damage.

What exactly are German "cyber warriors" doing?
The German Center for Cyber Operations (ZCO) is located not far from Bonn, in the idyllic town of Rheinbach on the Rhine. There in the Tomburg barracks, the Bundeswehr is engaged in digital warfare. What is done in the ZCO is usually called hacking - a crime that can end with prison sentence.

Ljubljana – The Locked Shields 21 cyber defence and strategic decision-making exercise will start on Tuesday in 30 countries, including Slovenia for the first time. The largest and most complex international exercise in the field will in Slovenia also include representatives of businesses.

The EU Council approved an additional list of 13 joint European defense projects covering the areas of biological and chemical protection, space and cybersecurity.

Today's decision increases the number of ongoing projects of the structured cooperation and defense policy to 47, the report said.
