Group claims responsibility for Nov. 7 firebomb attack
In a statement on an anti-establishment website Thursday, a group calling itself "Comrades" claimed responsibility for a firebomb attack on a police unit in Exarchia, central Athens, on November 7, in which a police officer was injured.

Vandals use sledgehammers to smash bank facade
Unidentified assailants used sledgehammers to smash the facade of a bank on Vouliagmenis Avenue in the Athens suburb of Dafni in the early hours of Monday morning.
The attack, which occurred at 2.30 a.m., was recorded by surveillance cameras, according to the police who were seeking the perpetrators.
