Government approves funds for works on St. Sava Temple
The government announced on its website that a grant worth RSD 1.18 billion (equal to a little over EUR 10 million) has been approved to the Serbian Orthodox Church.
RSD 130 million allocated for population policy measures
Prime Minister Ana Brnabic chaired on Friday in Belgrade a meeting of the Population Policy Council.
According to the Serbian government, it was pointed out during the meeting that population policies are already being implemented in 15 municipalities in Serbia, for which the government allocated from the budget RSD 130 million.
Police seize over 650,000 packets of cigarettes
The Serbian police have seized 653,450 packets of cigarettes worth RSD 120 million, it was announced on Friday.
The raids were carried out simultaneously in Belgrade, Kraljevo, Subotica, and Novi Pazar, and also resulted in the arrest of five suspects.

Serbian currency slightly up against euro at end of week
The dinar (RSD) rose by 0.1 percent against the euro on Friday, making the official medium exchange rate RSD 122.8857.
The central bank (NBS) also announced it sold EUR 20 million on the interbank foreign exchange market on Thursday.
Serbian currency hits new 2016 low against euro
The dinar (RSD) dropped by 0.1 percent against the euro (EUR) on Wednesday, making the official medium exchange rate RSD 123.3738 for one euro.
This is a new 2016 low for the Serbian national currency.

Domestic currency continues to gain against euro
The dinar Serbian dinar (RSD) for the second consecutive day on Tuesday and gained 0.1 percent against the euro (EUR).
The official medium exchange rate on Tuesday was RSD 122.8282 for one euro, the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) said in a statement.

The dinar (RSD) is holding steady against the euro (EUR) on Friday with official middle exchange rate at RSD 123.2485 for one euro, the central bank (NBS) said.
EUR-RSD exchange rate reaches 123
The Serbian dinar (RSD) dropped by 0.1 percent against the euro (EUR) on Tuesday, making the official medium exchange rate RSD 123.0045 for one euro.
This is a new 2016 low for the Serbian national currency according to figures released on the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) website.

Experts, central bank "not worried" about exchange rate
The Serbian dinar (RSD) dropped by 0.1 percent against the euro (EUR) on Monday, the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) said.
The official medium exchange rate today is RSD 122.8566 for one euro.
Serbian currency loses more value against euro
The Serbian dinar (RSD) continued to weaken against the euro (EUR) losing 0.2 percent on Monday, the central bank (NBS) has announced.
The official middle exchange rate is RSD 122.8257 for one euro.
