Kosovo Serbs Threaten to Quit Pristina's Institutions
The Community of Serb Municipalities, which represents Serbs in the north, made its threat at a protest in the northern town of Zubin Potok on Monday, held under the slogan “We are All the Same - Who is Next?”

Dacic: EULEX guarantor of Serbs' survival in Kosovo-Metohija
BELGRADE - Ivica Dacic, Serbia's first deputy prime minister and foreign minister, said on Monday in a meeting with Head of EULEX Mission in Kosovo-Metohija Bernd Borchardt that the presence of that and other international actors in Kosovo, such as UNMIK and KFOR, is a guarantor of Serbs' survival in Kosovo-Metohija.
Kosovo Petitions UN to Investigate Wartime Rapes
The authorities set up tents on Monday in towns across Kosovo, excluding Serb-majority areas, where people could sign the petition calling on the UN to finally establish the facts about rapes by Serbian fighters during the 1998-99 war.
