MOSCOW - Serbian Deputy PM Aleksandar Vulin spoke with the head of Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) Alexander Bortnikov in Moscow on Wednesday about continuing the cooperation between Serbian and Russian security structures and confronting shared challenges.

MOSCOW - Serbian Deputy PM Aleksandar Vulin met with the head of Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service Sergey Naryshkin on Wednesday to discuss further advancement and strengthening of cooperation between Serbian and Russian security structures.

The Russian Ministry of Defense has reported a significant increase in the number of individuals expressing willingness to join the war in Ukraine, citing the recent attack on Crocus City Hall in the Moscow region as a primary motivator.

According to Sergey Naryshkin, the West is doing this in order to open a second front because the war in Ukraine "is not developing in favor of Kyiv".
"We see constant attempts by Washington, Brussels and London to convince the Georgian leadership of the need to open a so-called second front," Naryshkin said during his visit to Belarus, according to CNN.

The European Union is blocking Russia-made vaccines against Covid-19, the head of Russia's external intelligence service, Sergei Naryshkin, said on Tuesday.

He said the EU was preventing the approval of the Russian vaccine Sputnik V in Europe for political reasons.
