Bundling state assets for sale
National Economy and Finance Minister Kostis Hatzidakis has put in place a plan for the creation of small holding companies of public interest that will be endowed with appropriately selected properties from the portfolio of the Hellenic Public Properties Company (ETAD) and will then go out to sales tenders.

Skaramangas tenders are in the pipeline
In the next few weeks, probably within February, a new announcement will be issued for the sale of Skaramangas Shipyards, both by the company's administrator and the Hellenic Public Properties Company (ETAD).
The two tenders that will run in parallel follow the previous, inconclusive process whose failure is attributed to ETAD's "maximalistic" original approach to the asking price.

More efforts planned to rehabilitate Kurbağalıdere creek
A new tender has been held to select a company to carry out additional work to rehabilitate Kurbağalıdere, one of the central creeks in Istanbul's Kadıköy district on the Asian side.
Some 250 million Turkish Liras (around $39 million) have been spent over the past eight years to clean the highly polluted creek.
