Indictment against former minister Jasna Matic confirmed

BELGRADE - The organised crime department of the Belgrade district court has confirmed the indictment against former minister of telecommunications Jasna Matic and three of her associates suspected of illegal activities related to Serbia Investment and Export Promotion Agency (SIEPA), which cost the national budget around RSD 120 million.

Serbia-Turkey business forum on October 28

BELGRADE - The sixth Serbia-Turkey business forum will be held in Belgrade on October 28 and bring together 30 firms from Turkey searching for business partners in Serbia.

The forum will be organized by the Serbian International Trade Association (SITA), the Belgrade Chamber of Commerce, in cooperation with the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications of Serbia.

13 Serbian companies to exhibit at food trade fair in Paris

BELGRADE - A total of 13 Serbian companies will have their presentations organized by the Serbian Chamber of Commerce (PKS) at the international food industry trade fair SIAL 2014 in Paris on October 23.

According to a release from the PKS, the companies will be exhibiting via PKS facilitation for the first time.

BELGRADE - Sasa Radulovic, former Serbian minister of economy, said on Wednesday that the arrest of former heads of the Serbia Investment and Export Promotion Agency (SIEPA) is just a part of the criminal charge relating to fictitious contracts, which the ministry he had headed pressed against the director of that agency.
