Prosecutor's office concludes main investigation into coup attempt
The main investigation into the July 15, 2016, failed coup attempt, widely believed to have been masterminded by the network of U.S.-based Islamic preacher Fethullah Gülen, has been completed.
Athens bus attacked by sledgehammer-wielding vandals
Four men with covered faces attacked an Athens city bus in the early hours of Thursday, using sledgehammers to smash through the door.
The assailants stopped the bus mid-route on the corner of Galatsiou Avenue and Drsospoulou in Galatsi near downtown Athens at around 5.40 a.m. and started beating down the front door.
Neither the driver nor any of the passengers were injured.
Prosecutors issue arrest warrant for more than 400 over coup attempt
Turkish prosecutors on Jan. 21 issued arrest warrants for more than 400 people, including soldiers and security officers, across the country following the July 2016 failed coup attempt, state-run Anadolu Agency has reported.
Police apprehend 95 military personnel over links to coup attempt
Police on Jan. 19 apprehended 95 personnel of the Turkish Armed Forces who were among suspects issued with arrest warrants as a part of the investigation into to the failed July 2016 coup attempt, Doğan News Agency has reported.

Police on the weekend were trying to identify a group of around 10 assailants who vandalized the KAT station of the ISAP electric railway on Friday night.
