Germany's E.ON has said it could float Turkish power producer Enerjisa, of which it owns 50 percent. A spokeswoman for E.ON said on April 16 there has been an agreement in principle with Turkey's Sabanc? Holding, the owner of the other half of Enerjisa, on a possible initial public offering (IPO) since 2012.

E.ON Distributie Romania begins operating from January 1
E.ON Distributie Romania, the first integrated gas and electricity distributor in Romania has begun activity from Jan. 1 and is operating over 20,000 kilometres of natural gas distribution network and more than 80,000 kilometres of electricity distribution network serving around three million clients overall, the company said in a release on Monday.

The modern retail outlets in Bulgaria continue to increase their market share, on the account of the small independent stores, shows a GfK survey, quoted by Dnevnik.bg.
In 2007 the modern retail outlets, such as super- and hypermarkets, held 42% of the FMCG sales, while in 2011 their share reached 55%.
