The Serbian government has adopted articles of incorporation for the restructuring of the state-owned natural gas provider Srbijagas.

Minister of Mining and Energy Aleksandar Antic said on Wednesday.

they "spoke about current issues and perspectives of development in energy cooperation between Serbia and Russia," Srbijagas said.

"Restructuring of energy enterprises launched"

International Monetary Fund is requesting additional guaranees that reforms of public companies will be conducted properly.
