Public gas company to be divided into two enterprises
The Serbian government has adopted articles of incorporation for the restructuring of the state-owned natural gas provider Srbijagas.
Minister of Mining and Energy Aleksandar Antic said on Wednesday.
Miller, Bajatovic discus gas cooperation
Gazprom CEO Aleksei Miller and Director General of Serbia’s public gas enterprise Srbijagas Dusan Bajatovic met on Thursday in St. Petersburg.
they "spoke about current issues and perspectives of development in energy cooperation between Serbia and Russia," Srbijagas said.

KOPAONIK -- Electric Power Industry of Serbia (EPS) public enterprise should adopt a financial consolidation plan by March 31, Energy Minister Aleksandar Antic has said.
Speaking on Thursday on the last day of the Kopaonik Business Forum, he announced EPS would then it will be "reorganized into two companies by July 1."

KOPAONIK - The public enterprise Electric Power Industry of Serbia (EPS) is expected to adopt a financial consolidation plan by March 31, and then it will be reorganized into two companies by July 1, Energy Minister Aleksandar Antic said on Thursday.

Gov't adopts guidelines for Srbijagas restructuring
BELGRADE - The Serbian government adopted the guidelines for restructuring Serbia's state-owned gas provider Srbijagas at a meeting Thursday, the Ministry of Energy and Mining said in a release.
This is an important first step in making Srbijagas a market-oriented, profitable company, the ministry said.
