Serbian Protesters Challenge Govt in Poster War
Protesters against the rule of Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic - angered by the decision of the Belgrade city authorities last week to remove stickers reading "Vucic's lies" immediately after a rally - pasted thousands of new stickers along the route of Saturday's rally.
The stickers quoted Vucic's unfulfilled promises.

Serbia "could benefit greatly from car industry revolution"
They are reporting about Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic's announcement made in Davos that Chinese companies could set up an electric vehicle plant in western Serbia, in the area between Prijepolje to Krupanj.

Vucic on the occasion expressed his confidence that her tenure in Belgrade would leave"a special mark on the steely Sino-Serbian friendship," Tanjug reported, citing a a press release from the president's office.
Chen, who presented her credentials to Vucic, conveyed to him the greetings of Chinese President Xi Jinping.

President wants Rio Tinto to accelerate Serbia project
The Serbian president asked them to continue and accelerate the works, noting the project was hugely important for Serbia, Tanjug is reporting.
According to estimates, a large number of people could be working in western Serbia from 2024, when jadarite mining is expected to begin there, Vucic told reporters after the meeting.

The opening of the plant, that will manufacture electrical installations for the automotive industry, was attended by President Aleksandar Vucic.
The factory should employ about 2,000 people by 2020.

And the growth will be 4.4 percent in 2019, Prime Minister Ana Brnabic pointed out in an article written for Monday's edition of the daily Blic, the Serbian government said on its website.
