All Greek political parties theoretically agree on the best practices in the legislative process. All parties have recognized, since the restoration of democracy, the problem of last-minute amendments introduced without consultation to unrelated bills.
But it seems that those bad practices are impossible to eradicate.

Bill on same-sex marriage to be submitted in Parliament, vote on February 15
A long-awaited government bill legalizing same-sex marriage is expected to be introduced in Parliament on Thursday, Parliament Speaker Kostas Tasoulas said.
The legislation will be tabled to the relevant parliamentary committee on February 5 and on February 7, the relevant bodies will be invited to the committee to comment on it.
Timing matters
The government is planning a string of important reform initiatives across a range of areas, from tertiary education and family law to the way that justice operates.

The Bulgarian Parliament Voted “In Favor” of Returning the “Rosenets” Port and Sending APCs to Ukraine
With 144 votes "in favor", 52 "against", the parliament finally revoked the concession of Rosenets port from the Russian company Lukoil by adopting the second reading of changes to the Control Law on the implementation of restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine.

Bulgarian Parliament ratified the Protocols for the Accession of Sweden and Finland to NATO
Parliament ratified the protocols on the accession of the Republic of Finland and the Kingdom of Sweden to the North Atlantic Treaty.
This is happening after the NATO summit at the end of June decided to invite the two countries to the Alliance. With the accession of Finland and Sweden, the number of member states will increase to 32.
