They sent messages over the weekend via social media, and paid visits and joined meetings and political rallies in Turkey itself.

"I don't think the media has ever been more open in any campaign so far. People have the opportunity to see everything. Today, I am hosted at your TV as president and I have no intention of talking about political opponents. Interestingly, some had higher ratings until they appeared on RTS and Pink.

Milorad Mijatovic, from Ljajic's SDPS party, at the same asked the parliamentary speaker and the chairman of the Administrative Committee when the SRS deputy and party leader Vojislav Seselj will be left without a mandate.

The electoral list of Sulejman Ugljanin, president of the Party of Democratic Action, has defeated Belgrade's preferred candidate, Muamer Zukorlic - but has had to enter a coalition in order to keep its grasp over the Bosniak National Council, BNV.

Vucic in this way responded to Ugljanin saying Vucic was "not the president of Bosniaks."

Addressing Ugljanin with a nickname, the president said: "There's no armchair for you, Suljo, it's all for nothing."

This raises the question of whether Sandzak (informal term for a region in southwestern Serbia) has recognized Kosovo?

The Bosniak National Council in Serbia was criticised on Tuesday for announcing it will mark the centenary of the adoption of the Sjenica Declaration, a 1917 document that called for the secession of the mostly Muslim-populated Sandzak region from Serbia and Montenegro.

The Bosniak National Council (BNV), headed by Sulejman Ugljanin, will mark the 100th anniversary of the controversial Sjenica Declaration, writes Blic.

The daily recalls that with this declaration, leaders from the Sandzak area "wanted to secede parts of the territories of Serbia and Montenegro."

Ivica Dacic on Friday described as "inappropriate" the recent meeting in Pristina between Sujelman Ugljanin and Hashim Thaci.

According to Serbia's first deputy prime minister and foreign minster - "in any normal country, somebody would have already launched an initiative to ban Ugljanin's party."
