Polish Politicians on Decision of EU Court: They Declared War on Us!
Politicians in Poland reacted to the decision of the Court of Justice of the European Union, which ordered Warsaw to pay a fine of one million euros a day until the dissolution of the Disciplinary Chamber of the Supreme Court, reports the news portal Onet.
European Court ruling rejected: "Blackmail"
"The ECJ completely ignores the Polish Constitution and the rulings of the Constitutional Court," Deputy Justice Minister Sebastian Kaleta wrote on Twitter on Wednesday.
He emphasized that the European Court exceeds its powers.
