Teknofest welcomes 1.1 mln visitors

Türkiye technology event, TEKNOFEST, hosted in the southern city of Adana this year, attracted approximately 1.1 million visitors.

Spanning five days from Wednesday, TEKNOFEST featured workshops, competitions, airshows, seminars, and concerts.

The event alternates between various Turkish cities in even years and Istanbul in odd years.

Türkiye’s major tech event Teknofest kicks off in Adana

Türkiye's largest technology and space event, Teknofest, kicked off its five-day run in the southern province of Adana on Wednesday, attracting scores of science enthusiasts on its opening day.

The official opening ceremony of the much-anticipated event was held in the afternoon with the participation of officials at Adana Airport.

Azerbaijan to host Teknofest this May

Teknofest, one of the world's biggest aviation, space and technology festivals, will hold its first edition abroad in the Azerbaijani capital Baku in May.

The four-day event that is scheduled to take place between May 26 and May 29 will feature 10 technology competitions in fields such as rockets, agriculture, and unmanned aerial vehicles.
