Rules in political speech
Politicians must observe elementary rules of conduct in their public speech. Inexperience is no excuse, nor, of course, is the individual "temperament."
Even when receiving toxic attacks on social media, public figures must show restraint and not slide into hostility and vulgar comments.
If they cannot understand the limits themselves, they should be censured by their parties{
