The appeals court in Colmar, France, will on March 2 announce its decision on Serbia's request to extradite Ramush Haradinaj.

Kosovo: Daughter of slain KLA war crimes witness killed in traffic accident
The daughter of a former local commander of the KLA ("Kosovo Liberation Army"), who was murdered last year, has been killed in a traffic accident.
Serbian state broadcaster RTS reported on Friday that Blerinda Curri died in Kosovo Polje, shortly after she was struck by a driver running a red light.
The driver, Amir Salihu, was arrested after the incident.

Graffiti reading "Kill the Serb," and "UCK," along with a swastika and other offensive content have been painted on a fast food kiosk in Gnjilane.
"UCK" is the Albanian language acronym for "Kosovo Liberation Army" (KLA).

Serbia demands urgent extradition of Haradinaj
BELGRADE - Serbia demands an urgent extradition of Ramus Haradinaj, the head of the Office for Kosovo-Metohija, Marko Djuric, said Friday after a government session on the matter.
Serbia will continue to prosecute all those accused or indicted of war crimes, regardless of their ethnicity, the government concluded at the session.

Former KLA member arrested in Switzerland
Serbian state broadcaster RTS is reporting that an ethnic Albanian from Kosovo has been arrested in Switzerland on a Serbian warrant.
As a former member of the KLA ("Kosovo Liberation Army"), the individual, A.S., has been charged with committing war crimes against Serb civilians, local media in Pristina are reporting, citing those in Switzerland.
