Suicide bombing targets ballot boxes in Iraq's Kirkuk

One policeman was killed and 22 people were injured in a suicide bombing targeting ballot boxes in Iraq's northern Kirkuk province on July 1, according to a local police officer.

A Daesh (the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant) bomber rammed his explosives-laden car into a ballot box warehouse south of the Kirkuk province, police captain Hamed al-Obeidi told Anadolu Agency.

At least Four Victims of a Suicide Bombing in Baghdad

At least four people were killed this night in a suicide attack in Baghdad, the BNR reported.

"Suicide bomber exploded after being surrounded by policemen near a park in the Shaalah district," in the north of the Iraqi capital, a communique of the security command said.

Authorities report nearly a dozen injured. No one has taken responsibility for the attack.
