Record 3.5 mln candidates apply for university exams

A small graduation exam starts with Serbian language test: These are main guidelines
A three-day final exam, a small graduation exam, has begun for more than 64.000 eighth grade students, and future high school students are taking the Serbian language test on the first day.
This year, due to reports of bombs, the number of schools where the test will be organized has been reduced to 522, from 1.260 as planned.
Turkey lifts university entrance exam threshold
The Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS) will no longer have a threshold starting from this year, according to a decision by Turkey's Council of Higher Education (YÖK).
The decision concerns 2.5 million students preparing for university entrance exams. The placement score will be calculated by adding the secondary education success score to the exam score of candidates.

Bulgarian Schools: Tests for On-site Studying have been provided for All Students starting December 6
Late last night, another 90,000 tests for COVID-19 for students arrived at the warehouse of the Bulgarian Red Cross (BRC), the Ministry of Education announced. Today they are distributed in schools. Thus, the shortage of tests for students from grades 1 to 12, who will return to class on December 6, has been reduced to 60,000.
