Saudi Arabia transfers more Aramco oil shares to wealth fund
Saudi Arabia has put a second four-percent chunk of shares of the Aramco oil giant, worth tens of billions of dollars, under the control of the country's sovereign wealth fund, state media said Sunday.
TAIPED concedes 67% stake in Igoumenitsa Port
State asset utilization fund TAIPED on Tuesday announced the signing of the share purchase agreement for the concession of a majority stake of 67% in the Igoumenitsa Port Authority's share capital for a total price of 84.17 million euros to the joint venture consisting of the companies Grimaldi Euromed SpA-Minoan Lines SA-Investment Construction Commercial and Industrial SA.
