Bulgaria is among the four leading countries in Europe in the management of ship traffic, Transport Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov said at the opening of an international conference on the 20th anniversary of the establishment of ship traffic management and information services in Bulgaria .

Bulgarian traffic police started an operation against speeding, the Interior Ministry said on August 12.

Rebic underlined that drunk-driving is major factor that causes traffic accidents.
"Statistics show that in the past ten years, between 170 to 260 people have been killed in traffic accidents during the summer season", Rebic told Radio-Television of Serbia.
