''I want to make it clear once again: there is currently unplanned repair of Tsankov Kamak dam's geomembrane, at the expense of national power company NEK. The repair costs BGN 80,000'', Energy Minister Temenuzhka Petkova told journalists in Yambol, аccording to Standart News.

''The reason for us to report Tsankov Kamak to the Prosecutor's Office is that the installation, which cost as much as BGN 1 billion, is not working, it is broken. Even now, in the biggest heats when the air conditioners are running at full speed, we can not use energy from it.

''Tsankov Kamak'' project is economically unprofitable - it will never return its investment of BGN 1 billion.'' This is what the MP from GERB Aleksandar Nenkov announced in the show "This morning"on bTV. 

MPs from GERB yesterday submitted information to the Prosecutor's Office for an enquiry into the project, including data about its financing.

GERB submitted a signal to the Chief Prosecutor regarding the Tsankov Kamak Project. According to the deputy from the party Desislava Atanasova, the biggest doubts she has with her colleagues are whether this project will actually be paid off.

Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria (GERB) will send a report about the ''Tsankov Kamak'' project to the Chief Prosecutor, GERB MP Aleksandar Nenkov said at a briefing in Varna amid the repair works needed to fix defects in the hydropower dam.
The ruling party will send the report next week, bTV reported. 

Cars and buses will only be allowed in the Borisov garden if they are related to sporting events at the stadiums "Vasil Levski" and "Bulgarian Army" and upon request by the sports clubs or the Bulgarian Football Union. This was announced by Sofia Municipality, Dnevnik reported.

The Municipality of Sofia starts in repair activities on "Dragan Tsankov" Blvd., which will continue until 25 August. A section of the road 22 meters after the crossing with Lachezar Stanchev Str. The reason is the repair of the pedestrian bridge at Nikolay Haytov Street.

The Sofia police will intensify the security in the area around  Borisova garden, reported BTV.
