Bulgaria’s Grigor Dimitrov has reached a record high 15th place in the tennis ATP world rankings.
The 22-year-old youngster from Haskovo moves one spot above his previous 16th place, following the tournaments in Indian Wells and Miami.

The annual event was held at the elite Cavalli Miami night club, and was attended by some of the best female athletes of the sport.

Dimitrov reached the 3rd round of the Indian Wells last week, which was the same performance as last year, meaning he defended his 45 points for the ranking.
Bulgaria’s Pironkova Suffers 1st Round Loss in Indian Wells
Bulgaria's Tsvetana Pironkova suffered a rough defeat in the first round of the tennis tournament in Indian Wells.
Pironkova lost 2:6, 1:6 to USA's Madison Keys in a match which lasted only 53 minutes. This was the first meeting between the two players.
Keys will face Italian Roberta Vinci in the second round.
Grigor Dimitrov Drops In the Rankings, Tsvetana Pironkova Rises
Bulgaria's tennis player Grigor Dimitrov slipped two positions in the rankings and is now 22-nd, with 1657 points.
Dimitrov is preparing for the tournament in Acapulco where he will face the Australian Marinko Matosevic, with whom he hasn't played before.
