Three Earthquakes in 30 minutes in Bulgaria
The European Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC) registered three earthquakes in Bulgaria within 30 minutes.
The first, at 10:15 am, was the strongest - with a magnitude of 3.5 on the Richter scale. Its epicenter is 13 km north-northeast of Dimitrovgrad and 30 km from Stara Zagora. Its depth is 2 km.

Powerful Earthquake Rocks Alaska, Tsunamy Alert Issued
An earthquake of magnitude 7.2 has struck the Alaska Peninsula, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said late on Wednesday.
The quake was at a depth of 35 km, USGS added.
The U.S. Tsunami Warning System, which said the quake had a magnitude of 8.1, issued a tsunami warning for the U.S. Pacific territories of Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands.

According to the center, the depth of the earthquake is 49 km.
The Indonesia Geophysics Agency also said there was no tsunami potential from the quake.
Another Earthquake in Turkey
A magnitude 4.7 earthquake has occurred in western Turkey, according to the European Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC).
The earthquakes were recorded at 2.43 local time and the epicenter was located 89 kilometers northeast of the large city of Izmir and 56 kilometers northeast of Manisa. The quake occurred at a depth of seven kilometers below the surface.

Another strong earthquake was just recorded off the Greek island of Karpathos in the southern Aegean Sea, Kathimerini reports.
According to the information, the 5.9 magnitude quake was felt at 1:21 pm local time. Its epicentre is 74 kilometers southeast of Karpathos and at a depth of 10 kilometers, according to Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Center data.
