Home prices down 15 percent in real terms in October: Data
The residential property price index (RPPI) rose by 26.8 percent annually in nominal terms in October, but home prices declined by 14.7 percent year-on-year in real terms, data from the Central Bank has shown.

Greece concluded on Thursday the re-privatization of its lenders with the sale of a 10% stake in National Bank (NBG) amid strong demand from investors, the bank bailout fund said.
The sale raised 690 million euros ($760.93 million), which will be used to help Greece reduce its pile of public debt, the eurozone's biggest as a percentage of economic output.

BELGRADE - The Serbian average net monthly wage in February was 94,125 dinars, according to figures released by the national statistical office RZS.
The average gross wage was 129,934 dinars.
Lamda Development group achieves record high in 2023 financial results
The Lamda Development group announced a new record high for 2023 on Wednesday.
Its consolidated operating result (EBITDA) for 2023 showed profits of 206 million euros, a 69% increase compared to €122 million in 2022.
The group's total EBITDA before asset valuations and other adjustments amounted to a profit of €132 million in 2023, compared to a loss of €13 million in 2022.
