Groups set up 'political kiosk' in Exarchia Square
Anti-establishment groups have set up a "political kiosk" in a container in Exarchia Square, central Athens, which they say will contribute to the culture of political activism.
According to a text posted on an anti-establishment site, the aim is for the kiosk to become a focal point for young people with events and a discussion forum.

ND on 2 parcel bomb attacks: Attempts to link us to target party will fail
Greece’s major opposition party New Democracy (ND) released a statement regarding the two parcel bomb attacks against European and IMF officials in the past two days stressing Greece’s international image had been seriously damaged. The statement alleged the two incidents attempted to frame ND by linking the two parcel bomb senders to the conservative party.

Police officer receives bravery medal for saving child from fire
The Greek Police's top brass on Thursday praised emergency dispatch officer Vassilis Terzakis for brave conduct, bestowing him with a police medal for his role in rescuing a child.
Terzakis pulled a young boy out of a burning building in the Athens district of Patissia on February 19, 2015, saving his life after the boy fainted in the blaze due to smoke inhalation.
