Vukosavljevic opens Serbian pavilion at Venice Biennale
VENICE - Serbia's Minister of Culture and Information Vladan Vukosavljevic on Thursday opened the Serbian pavilion at the 57th Venice Biennale.
It features the exhibition Enclavia - Painting, Consequence of This Kind of Life.
Three men from Kosovo arrested in Venice, planned to blow up oldest bridge - report
Three men, who came from Kosovo, have been arrested in Venice, Italy. The daily La Repubblica writes that they are believed to be members of a terrorist group.
The police operation to arrest the three took place near the Fenice Theater. All suspect were staying in the country legally, while "at least two" worked as waiters.

St. Barbara’s relics on display in Greece from May 10-24

Venice Mayor Resigns Amid Corruption Scandal
The mayor of the Italian city of Venice, Giorgio Orsoni, has resigned amid an investigation into alleged corruption over new flood barriers.
Orsoni stepped down a day after being released from house arrest under and has agreed to a four-month sentence but is unlikely to go to prison, the BBC reports.
