KRAGUJEVAC - Serbian HOPE Coalition official Veroljub Stevanovic said on Thursday in Kragujevac, central Serbia, that even development of the country was the coalition's priority.
The coalition is comprised of the New Democratic Party of Serbia and the Movement for Restoration of the Kingdom of Serbia.

Radomir Nikolic is new mayor of Kragujevac
KRAGUJEVAC - Head of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) group in the Kragujevac city assembly Radomir Nikolic has been elected new mayor of Kragujevac at an urgent meeting of the city assembly.
Nikolic got on Tuesday support from 49 members of the assembly out of 50, with members from the groups Together for Sumadija and the Democratic Party refusing to vote.

State of emergency lifted in Kragujevac
KRAGUJEVAC - State of emergency in Kragujevac, central Serbia, declared two days ago due to heavy rainfall and strong winds, was lifted on Wednesday.
This decision was made by Kragujevac mayor Veroljub Stevanovic at the suggestion of the emergency situations headquarters, as the Republic Hydrometeorological Institute of Serbia did not issue any new severe weather alerts.
