Turkish serial killer, the Hunter, sentenced to life in prison again
A Turkish serial killer, dubbed "the Hunter," has been sentenced to life in prison once again, after he murdered another man one year following his latest release on bail.
Pella man, 67, to stand trial for abusing daughter, 44
A prosecutor in the northern town of Edessa has ordered a 67-year-old man to stand trial on charges of sexually abusing his mentally challenged 44-year-old daughter.
The suspect was arrested on Monday on an arrest warrant that was issued after a complaint was filed by his wife, the mother of the victim.
Names of 92 fire victims released
More than two weeks after the deadly fire in eastern Attica, in which over 92 people lost their lives, the General Secretariat for Civil Protection has released a list of the names of the dead.
The names - among them two unidentified persons - were forwarded by forensic investigators to prosecutors in Athens on Wednesday as part of the investigation into the disaster.
