EU: Air passengers 'halved' in March amid virus
The number of air passengers "at least halved" in March, when the novel coronavirus peaked, the 27-member-bloc's statistical office said on June 16.
Restrictive measures, to stem the spread of the COVID-19, affected the aviation sector deeply, Eurostat said.
In March, versus the same month 2019, the largest decline was seen in Italy by 85%, or 11.9 million.

Only 2% of Bulgarians Have Been Exposed to COVID-19
2% of all Bulgarians have been already infected with the novel coronavirus. In other words, the theory of achieving herd immunity is inapplicable in this country, the Chief State Health Inspector Associate Professor Angel Kunchev said.

Coronavirus: 13 new cases, one death
Greek health authorities say they have confirmed 13 new coronavirus cases in the country in the last 24 hours, which raises the total number to 3,134.
The death toll from Covid-19 has climbed to 184, as one more fatality was recorded in the past 24 hours.
Thirteen people remain intubated in intensive care units.

Need for ICU, ventilators rising, says Turkey’s health minister
The need for intensive care units (ICU) and ventilators are rising, Health Minister Fahrettin Koca has said after data showed that the number of new confirmed cases surpassed the number of recoveries in two days in a row.
"We are moving away from the target. Our weak point is unwary optimism. Let's be prudent optimist," the minister wrote on Twitter on June 14.

HealthMin Tataru: COVID 19 community transmission has increased lately

Since the beginning of the epidemic in Serbia, a total of 12.210 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed, and a total of 302.928 people who met the criteria for defining the case have been tested.
There are currently 533 active cases of coronavirus, while 15 patients are on a respirator.
