Kosovo Parties Resist Haradinaj Bid to Form Govt
Kosovo prime ministerial candidate Ramush Haradinaj from the coalition between the Kosovo Democratic Party, PDK, the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, AAK and the Initiative for Kosovo, NISMA, planned to hold consultative meetings with political groups on Tuesday in a bid to create a new administration, but he could only meet the representatives of non-Serb ethnic minorities.

Kosovo Delays Border Deal Vote Until Wednesday
Kosovo's government has postponed sending the controversial agreement on border demarcation with Montenegro to parliament for a vote until Wednesday.
Prime Minister Isa Mustafa delayed the vote after a meeting with the speaker of parliament, Kadri Veseli, and the US ambassador Greg Delawie.

Kosovo's Vetevendosje Rallies Supporters in Albania

Kosovo Parliament Deadlocked Over New Armed Forces
The vote on transforming the Kosovo Security Forces into the new Kosovo Armed Forces was expected on Monday but MPs decided to postpone it amid continuing disagreements between political parties over the Serb minority’s demands.
Party leaders met on Monday at the US embassy in Pristina to try to forge a consensus but local media reported that no agreement was reached.
