BELGRADE -- According to first unofficial estimates of the CeSID agency, the list led by Sulejman Ugljanin has won the election for the Bosniak National Council.
The preliminary results will be announced on Monday, while the final results will be known on Thursday at the latest.

Nearly Half of Bulgarians Used Preference Option While Voting - Poll
Some 46.9 percent of the Bulgarian voters used the preference tool while casting a ballot, Gallup agency has announced.
The October 5 early elections saw the first use of preferential voting in a national poll.

The voting is over and the winner is Recep Tayyip ErdoÄan. However, the aftermath of the voting is still chaotic. Every party that participated in the elections is busy trying to figure out what the results mean for their future and how they should proceed into the future. The reason why there is so much debate is the huge number of people who did not vote.

Polls Close in Macedonia Presidential Election
The State Electoral Commission said that the voting went well with reports of minor irregularities.
“By 17h 41, 23 per cent of the electorate had cast their ballots” informed.
This is considerably less than at the previous presidential poll five years ago when by this time, 48,73 percent had voted.
