Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor Vladimir Vukcevic has said that criminal proceedings against Naser Oric cannot be transferred to the Bosnian prosecution.

The reason, Vukcevic explained, is that the families of the victims have not given their consent.

War Crimes Prosecution and MICT sign MoU

BELGRADE -- The Serbian War Crimes Prosecution and the Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals (MICT) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU).

The MICT is the successor to the ad hoc Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) based in The Hague.

BELGRADE - Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor Vladimir Vukcevic stated on Tuesday that the investigation into human organ trafficking in Kosovo-Metohija (KiM) and the Yellow House case has reached its end and that a decision now needs to be adopted as to whether the indictment would be raised or the case would be dismissed.
