Oric case cannot be given to Bosnia - prosecutor
Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor Vladimir Vukcevic has said that criminal proceedings against Naser Oric cannot be transferred to the Bosnian prosecution.
The reason, Vukcevic explained, is that the families of the victims have not given their consent.

War Crimes Prosecution and MICT sign MoU
BELGRADE -- The Serbian War Crimes Prosecution and the Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals (MICT) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU).
The MICT is the successor to the ad hoc Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) based in The Hague.
