Wagah border suicide attack

A large bomb blast ripped through a protest rally in the eastern Pakistani city of Lahore on Monday, killing at least 11 people and wounding nearly 60 in an attack claimed by a breakaway Taliban faction.

A suicide bomber killed at least 52 people, mostly women and children, at a public park in the Pakistani city of Lahore on March 27, government officials and police said, striking at the heart of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's political base of Punjab.

A suicide bomber attacked a government office in northwestern Pakistan on Dec. 29, killing at least 23 people and wounding more than 70, officials said. 

A suicide bomber killed at least 45 people Nov. 2 at the main Pakistan-India border crossing, the blast tearing through crowds of spectators leaving after the colourful daily ceremony to close the frontier.
