OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media Dunja Mijatovic has said that recent attacks and threats against journalists in Albania are unacceptable.

The Serbian government's legal representative was addressing a UN Security Council session when he called for the proceedings before the court to be concluded as soon as possible.

185 illegal migrants found at train station in south
The police from Nis, in southern Serbia, have discovered 185 migrants in a freight train at the Popovac train station, the Interior Ministry (MUP) has said.
Among them were 137 citizens of Afghanistan, 26 Pakistanis, 19 Syrians, and three Iraqis.
Classroom in Belgrade stormed by masked minors
Three masked persons armed with what turned out to be a plastic pistol and a knife on Tuesday stormed an elementary school in Belgrade's Kotez neighborhood.
They disrupted a 7th grade class and threatened the teacher with the weapons, snatching the gradebook from her.

Turkey fined 54,000 euros for use of force against inmates in 2000
Turkey has been fined 54,000 euros by the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) for "excessive and disproportionate use of force" by security forces against 18 inmates in an Istanbul prison in 2000.
"Montenegro to get NATO invitation by end of year"
Italian President Sergio Mattarella, who is visiting Montenegro, has assessed that this country is ready for membership in NATO.
Mattarella on Tuesday added that he is confident Montenegro will get an invitation to join by the end of the year.
