Lower Saxony Prime Minister Stephan Weil says there is still no final decision on the new Volkswagen plant, BGNES reported.

Bulgaria offers new competitive conditions for Volkswagen plant and it is still in the race for the Volkswagen plant, said Minister of Economy Emil Karanikolov.

German car maker Volkswagen plans to build a factory for the production of several automotive models in Turkey, Automobileworld, a German automobile magazine, said on Friday.

Economy Minister Emil Karanikolov declined to comment on the postponement of the decision by the German automotive giant Volkswagen on where they will build their new plant in the Balkans.
