The use and creation of fake vaccination certificates against COVID-19 is subject to criminal prosecution and is punishable by a fine or imprisonment under new legislation passed at first reading in Ukraine, Reuters reported.

The World Health Organization's (WHO) Emergency Committee said proof of vaccination against COVID-19 should not be required for international travel, as this would limit global access due to the unfair distribution of vaccines.

Ljubljana – The government changed on Friday a decree setting out exemptions from mandatory quarantine after a high-risk contact, so that those vaccinated against Covid-19 will be exempted from this indefinitely for now. The government also decided to donate some 578,300 doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine to COVAX.

Mobile Vaccination Site Avilble at Sofia Airport as of 11 October

Maribor – Health Minister Janez Poklukar said in an interview with the newspaper Večer that the expansion of the Covid pass requirement had been introduced to put the epidemic under control not to force anyone to get vaccinated. He said hospitals would soon need to restrict access to their services due to rising Covid-19 hospitalisations.
