CNR Book Fair focuses on Dardanelles Battle
The 2nd CNR Book Fair will be held between Feb. 27 and March 8 at the CNR Expo Center in Istanbul's Ye?ilköy neighborhood, with the Battle of the Dardenelles a key theme of the fair on its centenary.
CNR Holding Fair Management Group President Cem ?enel said this year's fair would feature an exhibition displaying previously unseen photos of the war.

Elena wants to make Greece an all-year-round destination
Alternate Tourism Minister Elena Koundoura visited the Horeca Tourism Sector trade show on Sunday at the Metropolitan Expo exhibition center. She said that one of the priorities of the Tourism Industry is to make the tourism season last longer and make Greece an all-year-round travel destination.
The 10th Horeca expo trade show runs through to February 9.

International Tourism Expo in Belgrade February 19-22
BELGADE - The International Tourism Expo in Belgrade this year will be held at the Belgrade Fair from February 19 to 22, and it will include more than 1,100 participants.
The motto of the event is "Seize the moment," and will include the biggest tourism organisations,, agencies, tour operators, hotels, mountain resorts, spas, lakes, cities, regions and countries from all continents.
?zmir's AA+ rating better than the government's
?zmir lost to Dubai by a wide margin in its bid to hosit the Expo 2020. However, having lost twice in its Expo ambitions, ?zmir is now preparing to open the biggest fair complex in Europe.
Because ?zmir has always been managed by the main opposition Republican People?s Party (CHP), it has never been on good terms with the government.

Serbia's tourism offer at expos in Italy
BELGRADE - The Tourism Organisation of Serbia (TOS) will present the country's tourism offer at two tourism expos in Italy, No Frills - Bergamo, which started on Friday, and TTG Incontri - Rimini, held from October 9 to 11.
No Frills - Bergamo is the most successful business expo in northern Italy.

Antalya holds poll for building of tramline
The Antalya Metropolitan Municipality has held a mini popular poll on the proposed new tramline system to be built in the Mediterranean city.
A total of 8,777 people cast their votes on Aug. 31, with 8,631 voting in favor of the 200-million Turkish Lira project, according to the municipalityâs press office.
