Deputy PM and Foreign Minister: Bulgaria and the Bulgarian People have Defied Hatred, Racism and Xenophobia

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ekaterina Zaharieva last night opened the ritual sitting dinner - the beginning of the Jewish Feast of Pesach, which our foreign minister hosted for a second consecutive year. This was announced by the press center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
 

OIC calls on UN to declare March 15 as solidarity day against Islamophobia

"[The OIC] calls on the U.N. and other international and regional organizations to adopt March 15, the day this horrendous act of terrorism was perpetrated, as the International Day of Solidarity against Islamophobia," read a joint communiqué released following the emergency meeting of the OIC in Istanbul on March 22.

Samos protest against schooling for migrant children continues

Numerous parents of pupils at a primary school on the eastern Aegean island of Samos kept their children away from classes on Monday in protest at the admission of children from the island's refugee camps.

According to reports, 106 out of 150 pupils at the Ano Vatheos school did not attend.
