Most wanted PKK member killed in anti-terror op
Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu has announced that one of the most senior PKK terrorists, so-called top-ranking PKK member in the country and wanted in the red category, was killed alongside six other terrorists in the southeastern province of Şırnak in an anti-terror operation.
In the operation carried out by the provincial Gendarmerie Command, seven terrorists were "neutralized."

Wall paintings in St. Nicholas Museum being touched up
Within the scope of a restoration and landscaping project implemented by the Culture and Tourism Ministry, the wall paintings that were previously unearthed in the St. Nicholas Museum in the southern province of Antalya's Demre district are getting a retouch.
New murals from the 11th century were also unearthed during the work at the museum.
Turkey’s oldest university student receives diploma
Turkey's oldest university student has received his diploma at a ceremony held in Ankara.
Mustafa Yavuz Yalçınkaya, an 82-year-old law student, earned a diploma from Ankara University Law School after completing his final exams.
