On the other hand, the Russian army announced that Ukraine carried out 39 artillery strikes on populated areas on the left bank of the Dnieper, within the Kherson region.
During the night, Ukrainian air defense forces shot down 16 Russian drones over Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions.

At least seven wounded in Russian missile strike on Dnipro: governor
At least seven people were wounded in a Russian missile strike on Ukraine's Dnipro city that damaged residential buildings and water and gas pipes, the local governor said Thursday.
"Powerful explosions occurred in Dnipro in the middle of the night. The enemy hit the city with missiles," Sergiy Lysak wrote on Telegram.
Six of the seven wounded had been hospitalised, he said.

Ukraine says nine wounded in Russian missile strike in Dnipro
A Russian missile struck an apartment block in the central Ukrainian city of Dnipro on Friday, Kyiv officials said, injuring at least nine people including two children.
"Dnipro. Another terrorist attack," said Sergiy Kruk, head of the Ukrainian State Emergency Service, on Telegram.
"Currently, we know of 9 injured, including two children. Work continues."
