The son of the Somali president, who caused the death of a motorbike courier he hit in Istanbul, has received a fine of 27,300 Turkish Liras ($906), as the court commuted the prison sentence to a fine.

Argentine musicians on Oct. 25 set the verses of Yunus Emre, a 13th-century pioneer of Turkish folk and spiritual poetry, to music that they composed with local instruments.
Sufi poet commemorated at historical palace

Turkish lessons to be aired for Australia, New Zealand
