SANS and Bulgarian Police Investigate Bomb Threats Against Bulgarian Media and Airports
BNT provided access to inspectors from Bulgaria's special services to the broadcaster's building for the necessary checks for explosive devices. Bulgaria's State Agency for National Security (SANS) and the Ministry of Interior are investigating the terrorist threat.

They shocked the Eurovision world when they withdrew last year. The Bulgarian broadcaster BNT has issued a statement on the progress on their decision on whether to return to the contest in 2020. The contest is expected to take place in either Rotterdam or Maastricht in the Netherlands after their win last May in Tel-Aviv Israel.

BNT will Broadcast Live All Matches of Ludogorets in Europa League
BNT 1 and BNT HD will broadcast live the match between the football champion of Bulgaria, Ludogorets and the Turkish İstanbul Başakşehir. The game will be played at Fetih Terim Stadium on Thursday (September 14th) at 20:00.

Bulgarian Villages Cut Off from Healthcare Access
Four villages in southwestern Bulgaria have been cut off the local transport network and left without access to medical care for two months, public broadcaster BNT reports.
Located in Kocherinovo municipality, the villages are only home to dozens of people, nearly all of them being pensioners.

Bulgarian President-elect Rumen Radev on Wednesday declined the invitation of the sitting head of state, Rosen Plevneliev, to put forward his cabinet lineup before assuming office in January.
In a statement aired by public broadcaster BNT, Radev said his proposal on an interim cabinet can only be made after he takes over on January 22.

A global event dedicated to civilizations and tourism is due on Tuesday and Wednesday in Bulgaria's capital Sofia.
