If you search YouTube for "Tokat oyunu" (Slapping Game), you will see a long list of many video links. In some of them a father plays it with his son or daughter, in others two brothers play. Sometimes a group of children play among themselves. They take turns slapping each other.

The new superstar of jazz, Esperanza Spalding, will perform at Istanbul's Cemal Re?it Rey (CRR) Concert Hall on Oct. 24. 

The young U.S. bassist, vocalist, cellist and composer broke out in 2011, winning four Grammy Awards including the award for Best New Artist - making her the first jazz artist to win the award.
